Charlotte Fennell is a corporate paralegal in our Calgary office.

She has experience in the preparation and online filing of various corporate documentation including annual returns, trade names, incorporations, extra-provincial registrations, amalgamations, dissolutions, revivals, amendments and partnerships. 

She is also familiar with preparing various share transactions, dividends, redemptions, reorganizations and name changes. She has her Cores III and is a Commissioner for Oaths.
