Field Law is well known for our diversity in the legal industry. We have over 120 lawyers, almost half whom are female, and continue to support equal hiring in legal positions. In 2019, Field Law was awarded the Law Firm Award at the Women in Law Leadership Awards, presented by The Counsel Network and The Association of Women Lawyers. The Law Firm Award is presented to a firm operating in Alberta that best demonstrates leadership in fostering an inclusive environment for female lawyers.
