Field Law has several lawyers who practise and are experienced in criminal law including bail, criminal procedure, evidence, Charter rights (such as search and seizure, the right to counsel and the right to expeditious trial), applications, trials and appeals.

We have a working knowledge of police and prosecutor investigation procedures and disclosure obligations. Field Law has been involved in the defence of all types of criminal allegations including assault, sexual offences, criminal harassment and driving offences in front of both judges and juries. We also have an extensive knowledge of the application of criminal verdicts and document disclosure to related civil proceedings.
