Join Erin Berney and John Gilbert for a complimentary webinar series designed for Condominium Boards and Managers based on the challenges seen most frequently: people, pets and parking.

On November 15 we discussed the timely and evolving topic of STRs in condominium properties. Many condos can and should accommodate STRs, but others need guidance on restricting them and addressing non-compliance.

IN REMEMBRANCE

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Anne Côté on September 18, a remarkable legal mind and cherished former partner at Field Law. Called to the Alberta Bar in 2002, Anne dedicated many years to the practice of law, concentrating her work in privacy, labour and employment, and administrative law. Her career was distinguished by her unwavering commitment to justice and her ability to navigate some of the most complex legal landscapes in Canada.
