Maria Hawkins is a qualified trademark agent in our Canmore office. 

Maria assists with the clearance of trademarks as well as the preparation, filing and prosecution of trademark applications in Canada. She also assists Canadian clients in protecting their trademarks in foreign jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Field Law, Maria worked for a world class heli-skiing operation based in nearby Banff.

Outside the Office

Maria is an avid cross-country and downhill skier. As a member of Canada’s National Cycling Team, she competed in two World Championships as well as the 1992 Olympics. She still enjoys cycling (on hot sunny days) but is more often found mountain biking or trail running.
