Tracy Clarke was an airforce brat who moved across Canada. She has been married for over 40 years with 2 kids - a boy, a girl and 3 grandchildren. 
She has no formal legal education and started as a receptionist at Crook Shanly in 1985 for 5 years which later merged with Duncan Craig LLP. 
She left to join a pipeline construction company then ran into a friend who recommended Field Law. She passed 25 years at Field Law in May 2021. She enjoys working at Field as we have the best programs, equipment, and cutting edge of paralegal tools. She is happy with the comradery of lawyers and staff as they all work together and respect each other. She feels empowered to work.
