Angela Beierbach has experience in a wide range of litigation matters including commercial leasing, construction, contract disputes, employment, estates, defamation, fraud, and insurance. Angela is a strong advocate for her clients and has represented clients before the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, and the Alberta Court of Appeal. She also has experience with mediation and Judicial Dispute Resolution. In addition to her litigation practice, Angela maintains a solicitor practice in estate planning and also assists employers and employees in drafting and reviewing agreements.
Prior to beginning her legal studies, Angela obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Distinction from the University of Alberta. During her time as an undergraduate student, Angela gained valuable experience in scientific research recruiting for, conducting, and coordinating a large study as a research assistant.
Outside the Office
Throughout her academic and professional life, Angela has contributed to her community by volunteering with a number of organizations including animal rescue organizations, community support organizations, Edmonton Community Legal Centre, and Civil Claims Duty Counsel. In her spare time, she enjoys biking in Edmonton's river valley, crafting, travelling, and trying new restaurants.
