Justine Blanchet

Justine Blanchet is a Partner whose practice focuses on health law and civil litigation. Originally from Canada’s North, she divides her time between Field Law’s Calgary and Yellowknife offices, maintaining close relationships with clients and communities across Alberta, the Northwest Territories and Northern Canada.

Justine provides risk management advice and litigation defence services to public and private health care organizations, insurers, operators and health care professionals. She advises clients on managing legal and operational risk and represents them in complex disputes, including professional negligence and health care liability claims.

Her broader litigation experience includes professional negligence, construction and contractual disputes, complex personal injury claims, class actions, breach of contract and collection matters. Justine takes a practical, solutions-focused approach to resolving disputes and values building strong relationships that help her understand her clients’ organizations, priorities and evolving legal risks.

Justine is bilingual and provides legal services in both English and French.
