Additionally, Field extends a warm welcome to Justine Blanchet who will be joining the Calgary office as part of the Health Law Group.

This expansion of our partnership enriches the firm with diverse perspectives and skills, directly benefiting our clients through enhanced legal services and innovative solutions. We are confident that their contributions will significantly bolster our ability to meet and exceed client expectations in an increasingly dynamic and complex legal landscape.

Meet Field Law’s newest partners:

Kim Precht joined Field as an articling student in 2014. Since then, she has cultivated her practice, focusing on professional regulatory law, general litigation, and the realm of labor and employment law. Her client portfolio spans a diverse spectrum, and her invaluable support extends to both employees and employers entrenched in a myriad of industry sectors.

Kristin Yarish, a dedicated solicitor, offers comprehensive services in wills, estate planning, residential and commercial real estate transactions, and corporate law. Her clientele encompasses both individuals and businesses seeking her experience. Drawing from her past as an elementary school teacher, Kristin leverages her educational background to provide clarity to her clients. This unique perspective allows her to effectively explain the implications of legal documents, ensuring her clients are well-informed before making commitments.

Justine Blanchet is an experienced civil litigator, having practiced in the areas of insurance, professional negligence defence, product liability, and corporate commercial disputes. Justine’s current practice focuses primarily on health law, with an emphasis on risk management advice, and providing litigation defence services to health care owners, operators and their employees. Justine is fluent in both English and French and able to provide legal services in both languages.
