Team Member Fallback
Before pursuing a career in law, Mara Stirling gained valuable experience working in finance and business development at two Calgary-based start-up companies. This background taught her how to navigate complex problems, think critically, and deliver practical solutions in fast-paced environments.

She brings that same perspective to her legal practice. Her strengths include strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to solve complex problems under pressure.

During law school, Mara served as Vice President Finance of the Health Law Association, volunteered as a caseworker with Student Legal Assistance and participated in the Wills Clinic through Pro Bono Students Canada, where she drafted Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives for low-income individuals. In addition, she also competed in the McGillivray Moot, where she and her partner received first place.
