Laura Triana

Laura Triana is a bilingual (English and Spanish) lawyer practicing in areas of general litigation, insurance defence and professional negligence. Laura approaches all matters with integrity, professionalism and dedication, and champions for her clients through oral and written advocacy.

Laura’s practice includes insurance matters in automobile, occupiers’ liability, professional negligence and commercial general liability claims. Her general litigation practice includes contract disputes, debt recovery, property issues and corporate/commercial disputes. Prior to returning to Field Law, Laura served as in-house litigation counsel for a professional liability insurer, serving legal professionals when faced with negligence claims.

Laura aims to achieve success for her clients in complex legal matters, and has done so through alternative dispute resolution processes, as well as at the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Justice. She is committed to staying current with the latest developments in the legal field to provide clients with informed and effective representation.
