Overview
Ishmeet maintains a civil litigation practice with a focus on insurance defence. She brings a strong commitment to client advocacy and a deep passion for promoting access to justice.
She holds both a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Laws (LLM), and has achieved successful outcomes for clients in complex legal matters through alternative dispute resolution, as well as before the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Justice.
Ishmeet advises on a broad range of insurance matters, including casualty, coverage, subrogation, and errors and omissions. Her general litigation experience includes contract disputes, motor vehicle claims, slip-and-fall matters, and occupiers’ liability.
She brings an empathetic, client-centered approach to her practice and develops tailored litigation strategies aligned with each client’s goals.
