Trina Jackson is a litigation paralegal with 30 years’ experience working in residential and commercial lease enforcement in Alberta, debt collections, corporate + business disputes, and insurance litigation.

Trina has a variety of skills including:

  • Condominium Collections
  • Residential Tenancy matters, on behalf of the Landlord
  • Unsecured debt recovery and judgment enforcement for debt actions in Alberta, including commencing actions and enforcement of judgments
  • Commercial Lease Enforcement, including terminating commercial leases and landlord’s distress seizures
  • Subrogated insurance claims, including commencing actions and enforcement of judgments
  • Personal property security enforcement, including the seizure of secured goods

Trina is an administrator for a large Facebook Group that supports Legal Assistants and Paralegals and volunteers with the Edmonton Legal Community Centre.

Trina is passionate about wine and in 2018 obtained her Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 1 and has been hosting a monthly wine club since February 2017. In the summer months, you will usually find her horseback riding, hiking one mountain or another and spending time with family and friends.
