Jessica Robertshaw

Jessica Robertshaw is a Calgary-based lawyer whose practice focuses on insurance defence litigation, civil litigation and construction disputes. She represents insurance companies, homeowners, condominium corporations and business owners in matters involving motor vehicle claims, property damage, personal injury and contractual disputes.

Jessica has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in property damage claims arising from fires, floods and other causes. Her insurance practice also includes personal injury defence and other liability matters, while her construction litigation practice focuses primarily on contractual disputes. Jessica has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench and the Alberta Court of Appeal.
