Jeremiah Kowalchuk is experienced litigation counsel, having represented clients before all levels of court in Alberta and in the Federal Court. Jeremiah focuses on commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, corporate governance, construction, real estate disputes, and debt recovery, regularly representing medium to large companies as well as owners, contractors, and engineers.
Jeremiah represents and advises clients in many areas of law, including general litigation, corporate and commercial issues and disputes, and transactional work. This includes:

Purchase and sale of businesses
Land and property development
Condominium development and sales
Franchise system development and implementation
Arbitration and mediation
Jeremiah was elected as Managing Partner in 2019 and served until 2025. He was a member of the firm’s Executive Committee for 2 years and is the past chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Jeremiah uses his broad experience to help manage litigation cases handled by the firm.
