A. Danielle Bourgeois

Danielle Bourgeois, KC, is a Partner in Field Law’s Edmonton office with a broad civil and commercial litigation practice. She represents businesses, financial institutions, insurers, public bodies and individuals in complex disputes throughout Alberta and the Northwest Territories.

Danielle advises and represents clients in matters involving:

  • Contract and commercial disputes
  • Shareholder and business disputes
  • Corporate and mortgage fraud
  • Debt recovery and judgment enforcement
  • Foreclosure and mortgage enforcement
  • Commercial and residential lease disputes
  • Residential construction disputes
  • Insurance defence
  • Personal injury litigation

Danielle has extensive courtroom experience and has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta, including the civil and criminal divisions of the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench and the Alberta Court of Appeal.

She provides legal services to clients throughout Alberta and the Northwest Territories, including major financial institutions, private lenders, insurance companies, public institutions, government entities, businesses and individuals.

Get to Know A. Danielle

Danielle is an avid marathon runner, having completed all six Abott World Marathon Majors and winning the Edmonton and Okanagan Marathons in 2014. She has competed in 44 other long distance triathlons and races. She is an Ultra-Marathoner completing the Death Race, Solo. Danielle also played and coached female hockey at the University level winning four national championships with the University of Alberta Pandas Hockey.
