Sarah Denholm is a lawyer in our Edmonton office with extensive experience representing a wide range of both individual and corporate clients in civil litigation.
In her practice, Sarah has been involved in various disputes, including managing, and assisting with claims for shareholder oppression, professional negligence, insurance coverage, breach of contract, builders’ lien claims, and estate disputes. Sarah has experience with both domestic and international arbitration, as well as mediation. She has appeared as counsel before the Provincial Court and Supreme Court British Columbia, and the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench.
Sarah came to Field Law in 2021, having articled and practiced commercial litigation at a boutique firm in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a law student, Sarah was employed by the Surface Rights Board of Alberta, the University of Alberta Health Law Institute, and assisted Professor Peter Sankoff in the research and drafting of a legal article published in the Queen’s Law Journal.

Sarah enjoys watching stand-up comedy, going to local restaurants, and spending time with her family.
