As Field Law’s IT Director, Kyle is responsible for ensuring all members of Field’s team are enabled to deliver professional and high-quality services as efficiently possible, while also ensuring Field is positioned to adopt and take advantage of technologies that support strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Field Law, Kyle spent the last decade leading technology initiatives within private, public, and not-for-profit organizations to deliver innovative and people focused solutions across North America. In addition, Kyle has coached large organizations through many significant cultural and process transformations to improve collaboration and productivity.
Outside the Office
Kyle enjoys reading the latest musings on behavioral economics and human behavior, as well as staying on-top of the latest technology trends. Kyle also spends many weekends each summer continuously exploring the Canadian Rockies and Alberta back-country.
