Value to Clients
"Obtaining patent protection for inventions can be a long and complicated process. My role is to help clients seamlessly navigate the patent offices in Canada, the United States and around the world, using strategies carefully selected to help achieve the client’s commercial goals. I focus on delivering practical and timely advice for attaining business-oriented solutions. I am passionate about intellectual property law and committed to showing clients that I care about their dreams and business goals as much as they do, by taking the time to truly understand their technology and business. The best part of my practice is the opportunity to meet with clients, whether in a boardroom, manufacturing plant or testing site, to review their technology in action."
Outside the Office
Life isn’t just busy for Charlene at work but also at home. With her young children and dogs in tow, Charlene enjoys hiking, biking and strength training because practicing a healthy lifestyle is important to her. She enjoys preparing healthy meals and spending time around the dinner table with family and friends.
