We are seeking a Corporate Clerk for our Yellowknife office. This individual has the opportunity for an exciting opportunity with the potential for growth.
- Preparing annual maintenance documents for Extra Territorial entities,
- Preparing and filing annual returns,
- Corresponding with clients,
- Legal accounting and administrative duties for the corporate department.
- Knowledge of ALF corporate database considered an asset
- Experience working with a company’s accounting program and also a company’s database system
- Ability to learn new skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as a part of a team
