Robert Joseph is a lawyer who loves helping people and corporations resolve disputes quickly and affordably. With his experience in construction, design and field work, he can speak the language and understand the unique challenges that come with this industry.

But what sets Robert apart is his approach to conflict resolution. He’s not about being aggressive for the sake of it. Instead, he uses the best methods possible to meet the client’s needs. Sometimes that means being tough and other times it means being flexible. It's all about finding the most efficient and effective resolutions.

Robert knows construction and litigation. He worked as a design and construction engineer for many years and was the president of the CBA Construction Northern Alberta Section for seven years. He is also one of the few invited members of the Construction Lawyers Society of America in Alberta and designed and taught “Contract law and Construction Documents” which was a core course for the diploma of Construction Management at the University of Alberta. He also was recognized as an authority in the area by his appointment to King’s Counsel in 2022.

Overall, Robert is a well-rounded and experienced lawyer who's committed to making the legal process as effective and efficient as possible for his clients.
