Tips + Traps for Hearing Tribunal Members
Webinar
Fair and effective professional discipline hearings are essential to the professional discipline process. They are the core of the “peer review” process and a crucial element of professional discipline. Members of the profession and the public serving as tribunal members must face complex legal issues while also maintaining their role as impartial adjudicators. It is important for tribunal members to be aware of their role and responsibilities, since a failure to do so can result in a successful challenge to the tribunal’s decision.
