Veterinary Care for Albertans Facing Financial Hardship

Tails of Help extends its sincere gratitude to the Field Law Community Fund Program for the generous contribution of $5,000. This support came at a critical time. The need for assistance for Alberta families caring for their beloved pets has grown significantly in recent years, beginning with the challenges of the COVID-19 lockdown.

In 2023, we experienced a record number of applications for funding, which unfortunately left us with no choice but to temporarily pause accepting new requests in spring of 2024. The funding provided by the Field Law Community Fund Program was instrumental in enabling a strategic restructure and rebranding of Tails of Help. These changes strengthen our foundation and position us to better serve Alberta pet owners in need.

Building on this progress, we proudly resumed accepting applications for assistance in November 2025. Thanks to your support, Tails of Help is once again helping families keep their pets healthy and at home, where they belong.
