Help Give Edmonton That Warm Feeling

Thank you to the Field Law Community Fund Program for helping us provide an essential but often overlooked need during Edmonton’s long winter months: warm winter boots.

Thanks to this funding, we purchased and distributed 25 pairs of winter boots through our free clothing room, including 20 pairs of children’s winter boots and five pairs of Canadian-made men’s winter boots. These items were provided at no cost to individuals and families who reached out to us for support.

For many of the people we serve, especially families experiencing financial hardship, warm winter clothing can be difficult to afford. Yet in Edmonton’s climate, proper footwear is not a luxury. It is essential for getting to school, travelling to work, attending appointments, and safely navigating everyday life during cold winter conditions.
