Free Big Band Education Day

We would like to present a Big Band Education day long conference for Edmonton music students and aficionados of ALL ages! Musical improvement is fin for everyone from jr.high band students to adult community band members and we would like them all to have access to some of Edmonton's BEST musicians  with members of Edmonton's Don Berner Big Band revealing their best trade secrets! Breakout sessions, discussions, samples, a live performance, and incredible networking and we want it to be FREE to the public.

Primarily amateur musicians of all ages from elementary school to adults in community bands would be the main beneficiaries of this event. However it would also aid band teachers who want their students to be inspired, the entire community creating an unparalleled networking and socialization opportunity, and anyone who likes music and wants a better grasp and appreciation of it.
