The Idea

We are a faith-based women’s group in Calgary, Alberta, devoted to empowering women through spiritual growth, leadership development, and community service. Rooted in shared values and inspired by faith, we strive to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space where women from all walks of life can grow in confidence, discover their purpose, and lead with compassion.

Our mission is to equip women to thrive—spiritually, personally, and professionally—so they can become agents of positive change in their families, communities, and beyond.

What We Offer

  • Spiritual Growth
Through prayer gatherings, Bible studies, retreats, and mentorship, we help women deepen their relationship with God and strengthen their spiritual foundations.

  • Leadership Development
We offer workshops, speaker series, and leadership training that foster personal growth, build communication and leadership skills, and prepare women to step confidently into their callings—whether in the church, the workplace, or the community.

  • Community Service
Guided by our faith in action, we partner with local organizations to serve vulnerable populations, support women and children in crisis, and respond to pressing community needs.

  • Our Values

    • Faith & Integrity
We root our actions in biblical principles and seek to live out our faith with honesty, humility, and grace.

    • Empowerment
We believe in lifting one another up, creating opportunities for every woman to discover her voice and potential.

    • Inclusivity & Compassion
We welcome women of all backgrounds, creating a safe space marked by love, respect, and understanding.

    • Service
We serve others selflessly, believing that faith without works is incomplete.

    Our Vision

To see a thriving community of women who walk boldly in their faith, lead with purpose, and extend God’s love through meaningful service—transforming lives and strengthening families and neighborhoods across Calgary.
