We believe that equipping families with practical cooking skills will empower them to stretch their grocery budgets, reduce food waste, and enjoy nutritious meals together.

Low income families in the city and County of Camrose, or any other family wishing to learn. The food they will be working with will be basic food that one would find in a food hamper from there local food bank. It will teach them how to make a small amount go further.
