Sharon Aiston has over 39 years of experience working in a law firm and exclusively in residential real estate since 1985.
Sharon has had extensive exposure to “Creative Real Estate”, with experience in Agreement for Sales, Rent to Own and Joint Ventures, which have all been fairly common tools for buyers and sellers to use in the ever-changing economic times and real estate market.
Sharon firmly believes that whether the client is experienced or selling their first home, issues will arise. Her approach to breaking issues down to the basics, help the client understand what is required from them. Sharon has always been a hard worker and believes in putting in the time to make sure the job is done no matter the hours or the time of day.
