Sharn Mashiana is a Calgary-based lawyer practicing in the area of intellectual property and technology, with a focus on patent prosecution and patent litigation. Her practice also includes assisting clients with trademark and copyright issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Sharn completed two years of a Bachelor of Science from the University of Victoria, a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of British Columbia, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary. Prior to and during law school, Sharn worked as a community pharmacist in British Columbia and Alberta. During law school, Sharn also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and was a member of the Human Rights Project.
Outside of Work
When not working, Sharn enjoys cooking, running or biking along the river, reading, and taking a barre, yoga, or spin class.
