Niall is a real estate lawyer committed to providing his clients with timely performance, ongoing support and straightforwardness. 

Niall currently holds licenses to practice in Ireland, England and Canada with experience working with leading law firms in Canada and Ireland practicing in real estate and corporate law. He has prior experience in advising a broad range of clients, including some of Canada and Ireland's leading banks and financial institutions. 

Niall advises in all aspects of business purchases and sales, commercial, retail and residential purchases and sales, leasing, securities and business structuring. He has extensive experience with a proven track record in providing advice on condominium and multi-unit developments to management boards and developers.
