Michelle Albers is a corporate commercial lawyer who enjoys working with a wide range of Alberta's leading businesses. She regularly advises property developers on a variety of matters including commercial and residential land development, sales and acquisitions, leasing and property management, co-ownership, partnerships and secured lending.
Michelle provides excellent customer service and strategic counsel on a broad variety of matters including:
- Acquisition, financing and development for some of the leading property developers in Canada.
- Providing advice on condominium and multi-unit developments to management boards.
- Amalgamations and reorganizations
- Raising capital and corporate finance
Michelle received her honours undergraduate degree in English from Mount Royal University. She attended law school in the United Kingdom and received her LLB from the University of Southampton in 2016. After completing law school, Michelle worked for a regional firm in the UK in the Commercial Real Estate team. She gained experience with telecommunications leases, commercial lease negotiations and the preparation of leasing documents.

Outside the Office
Michelle loves reading, spending time with her family and her cats, and cheering on the Detroit Red Wings. She also enjoys cooking, but her favourite part is eating.
