Jason Wolcott is a civil litigator focused on defending insured parties involved in damage claims in Alberta including complex and high-exposure claims.

More recently, Jason has expanded his focus to include subrogation by insurers for amounts they have paid to repair damage to their insureds’ homes. Jason’s experience spans several contexts, including:

  • Motor vehicle accidents
  • Occupier’s liability, and
  • Fire and water losses

Jason provides his clients with a pragmatic and common sense approach to litigation while focusing on his clients’ needs to bring their litigation to a conclusion whether through negotiation or court processes.

Outside the Office

As a former college athlete, Jason enjoys keeping active with running and biking. He is also a patron of the arts and enjoys live music.
