Coleman Brinker joined Field Law as an articling student in 2019 and was called to the Alberta Bar in November 2019.
He completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Alberta in 2018. During law school, Coleman also worked as a summer student for Field Law and the Centre for Constitutional Studies, played rugby for the Golden Bearristers rugby team, and volunteered for one year with Student Legal Services of Edmonton. After graduating, he clerked with the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench.
Outside the Office
Many of Coleman’s interests outside the office stem from his rural upbringing and his previous work in forestry. He especially enjoys hiking, biking, running, and looking up random plant species he encounters in Edmonton’s river valley. He also maintains his interest in Olympic freestyle wrestling, a sport he competed in from elementary school until finishing his undergraduate degree.
