Chris Johnston assists businesses and individuals with a range of tax issues, including personal and corporate tax planning, cross border services and estate planning, as well as tax dispute resolution and tax litigation.
Chris attended law school at the University of Calgary, where he was actively involved in the mooting program, winning the McGillivray Moot Competition in 2016 and attending the Donald G.H. Bowman National Tax Moot. Chris also volunteered his time to the Tax Court Assistance Program, was elected as VP Finance for the Society of Law Students, and played on the U of C Law Litigators rugby team.
Outside the Office
Chris enjoys spending his free time exploring the mountains (either on foot or on skis), sampling local craft beers, and traveling with his wife and their dog.
