Beth Warcholak is a lawyer in our Calgary office whose practice focuses on insurance defence and general litigation. She has successfully represented clients at trial and in alternative dispute resolution processes.

Beth has experience in a broad range of litigation matters including personal injury, property damage, construction deficiencies, and contractual disputes. 

Prior to entering law, Beth completed a Bachelor of Arts – Honours Specialization in Psychology at the University of Western Ontario. She then attended law school at the University of Alberta, receiving her Juris Doctor in 2018.

Outside the Office

In her spare time, Beth enjoys going on adventures with her partner and Golden Retriever, Finn, as well as being a couch potato, binging the latest television show.
