Ane Alanis is a corporate paralegal in the business law group with a focus on corporate/commercial, banking and financing transactions.

Ane is an experienced legal professional with over 20 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law. With this experience Ane assists with corporate/commercial transactions, corporate restructuring, including minute book reviews, conducting due diligence searches, preparing closing books including all pertinent resolutions and documentation relating to commercial transactions. 

In the past, Ane worked in the legal departments of oil and gas corporations, financial corporations and accounting firms. Her wide range of skills are unique as she has experience with accounting, legal and administration/management roles, providing a consistent and timely service, easing the clients' stress with large transactions.  

Ane is now a SEDAR and SEDI Filing agent. Ane is CORES III and Appres (Personal Property Registry) certified and a Commissioner for Oaths in Alberta.

Outside the Office

Ane is an avid reader and baker. She enjoys bike riding and travelling with family in her spare time.
