Vote Now! The Field Law Community Fund Program Voting Phase is Now Open
May 14, 2019
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (May 14, 2019) - Field Law needs public input to help determine who of the 86 applicants will be awarded funds from the 2019 edition of the Field Law Community Fund Program (the Program).
With $75,000 to be distributed amongst the winners of the 2019 Program, the voting process gives the public an opportunity to have a say in what projects they think will have the greatest impact in communities across Alberta and the Northwest Territories. The Program has awarded a total of $475,000 in funding to 82 deserving community causes and projects since its inception seven years ago.
“The Community Fund Program winners inspire our communities,” says Doreen Saunderson, Firm Managing Partner at Field Law. “We can’t wait to see and vote on this year’s community-benefiting, pay-it-forward ideas. Community engagement around the Program continues to grow every year, which demonstrates the support many of these groups need to continue the exceptional work they to do improve communities.”
Please visit www.fieldlawcommunityfund.com/ideas to vote.
Voting is open until 5 p.m. MDT on June 17, 2019.
