Effective Responses to Sexual Misconduct and Harassment Complaints Workshop
Seminars
October 24 + 30, 2018
An increasing number of organizations are being rocked by allegations of harassment and sexual misconduct by their employees. Often these allegations are broadcast on social media, catching organizations flat-footed and unprepared.
Join Field Law's Labour and Employment Group for a comprehensive one-day seminar that will address the following important questions:
- How can organizations respond effectively when facing these allegations?
- How can organizations manage the risk and complexity of these complaints and establish processes that are fair and appropriate for both complainants and those accused of misconduct?
- What are the pitfalls to avoid in the investigative process?
- How can organizations manage the legal and reputational risk?
- What must organizations do to promote the necessary cultural change?
- What are the issues to be managed following the investigation?
- What should organizations be doing on a pro-active basis to address these issues?
Presenters will include Field Law lawyers who help organizations navigate these challenging issues, an investigator with a wealth of experience, and public relations professionals with significant experience in advising organizations facing these issues.
