The law of pension and benefits is a complex myriad of many legal areas - trusts, taxation, contracts, employment, human rights, constitutional law, and class actions, to name a few, in addition to the lengthy statutory provisions that specifically regulate these important benefits and obligations.
The Field Law Pension and Benefits Group brings together lawyers with these backgrounds to complement our pension and benefit knowledge, and to show our clients the easiest path through this difficult area. Additionally, we rely on an external network of non-legal financial and actuarial professionals to help us provide complete and practical advice.
Field Law assists both employers and employees and both private sector and public sector parties with pension and benefit plans, issues and claims.
