Leah practices in the area of civil litigation specializing in health care law. She is primarily involved in medical malpractice and professional negligence defence. She is involved in advising many health care clients including health regions, active treatment hospitals, long term care facilities, and other health care providers in civil actions and fatality inquiries. Leah has been involved in representing the interests of health care clients in many legal forums including Judicial Dispute Resolution, the Alberta Court of Queens Bench and the Alberta Court of Appeal. Graduated from the University of Alberta Law School in 1988. Member LSA, EBA and CBA - Health Law Subsection.
