Bill O'Neill practices Immigration Law and Labour & Employment Law. He assists corporate and individual clients in hiring foreign workers using the Citizen and Immigration Canada (CIC) and the Human Resources Social Development Canada (HRSDC) application process. Bill also provides advice with respect to employee terminations, the preparation of employment contracts and confidentiality agreements, the review and creation of employment policies and procedures, and other business immigration and employment issues. After articling at a corporate boutique in Halifax, Bill was admitted to the Bar of Nova Scotia. He moved to Calgary in 2006 and practiced with a local corporate law firm before joining Field Law in 2008.
