Lindsey has a civil litigation practice with a focus on insurance litigation, commercial litigation, debt recovery security enforcement, condominium property act enforcement and class actions. She also practices in the area of privacy law.

Lindsey has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta.

Lindsey attended the University of Alberta for her undergraduate studies, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in English in 2002. She then attended McGill University’s Faculty of Law, and obtained degrees in Civil (B.C.L.) and Common Law (LL.B) in 2005. Lindsey has worked in the public and non-profit sectors in various legal research positions.

Lindsey articled at the Court of Appeal of Alberta before completing her articles at Field. She was called to the Bar in 2008, and is now an associate with Field.
