Dan is a member of the firm’s Insurance Group in our Calgary Office. His primary area of practice is insurance litigation. Dan has appeared before all levels of Court in Alberta and before administrative tribunals including coroner’s inquests and fatality inquiries. He has assisted clients with various forms of alternate dispute resolution, including private and judicial mediation and arbitration.

Dan has provided advice and representation to insurers in relation to motor vehicle, property and commercial general liability and professional liability policies, including defence of insureds, pursuit of subrogated claims, coverage opinions and defence of coverage actions. Dan has also participated as a speaker for various insurance and risk management seminars on behalf of and for clients.
